Are exercise and sports safe during pregnancy?
Studies have shown that the increase in body temperature during exercise does not harm the baby. Risky work should be avoided as the pregnancy progresses. Also, refrain from activities that may put pressure on the lower abdomen. Working at a distance of 6,000 feet or more from the ground carries some risks as it creates a shortage of oxygen for you and your baby.

1. Cycling:
It is not right for expectant mothers to ride bicycles. When you move away from gravity it can affect your balance and you can move on. Which is dangerous for you and your unborn baby.
2. Sports that come in contact with you:
Avoid sports like football, cricket, and hockey. This can increase the risk of getting hurt by the ball, colliding with another player, or falling.
3. Gymnastics:
In this case, also increases the risk of falling and pressure on the abdomen. Which will not bring you good at all.
4. Horseback riding:
It can be very dangerous at this time. Suppose you are good at horseback riding but why take the risk of falling?
5. Sitting in the bath tab after sports:
Sitting in the hot water tub can be harmful to your growing baby. Because there is a relationship between birth defects and excessive temperature.
6. Running:
If you didn't run before you got pregnant, now is not the time to do it. From your second month, when your chances of falling increase, you need to be careful. The same is true of running, as with all other exercises. Do not let the body temperature rise too much and drink enough water to make up for the dehydration caused by sweating.
7. Swimming:
Abstain completely from swimming. This is because floating in the water can cause bubbles in your blood which can be very dangerous for you and your baby.
8. Tennis:
If you played tennis before you got pregnant, you can play slowly at this time. You may have problems with balance and when to stop. So play with caution. Most women find it difficult to play after their second and third months because of their swollen abdomen.
If the following symptoms occur, stop exercising immediately and seek expert advice:
1. If there is bleeding from the vaginal area,

3. Feeling weak and dizzy,
4. If you feel a headache,
5. If you feel chest pain,
6. In the case of muscle weakness,
